Client involvement

A defense can be built with you, not around you.

Hayden’s process gives the client a role in gathering information, completing appropriate preparation, understanding the evidence, and making consequential decisions. That begins with honest, timely communication.

Tell the complete story

Share facts that seem helpful and facts that cause concern. Surprises are harder to address late. Attorney-client confidentiality is designed to support candid communication once the relationship is established.

Preserve information

Keep documents, messages, photographs, recordings, receipts, and contact information that may be relevant. Do not alter, delete, or manufacture evidence.

Follow instructions and conditions

Track court dates, bond requirements, requested documents, and preparation tasks. Ask questions when you do not understand why a step matters.

Avoid public discussion

Social posts, messages, comments, and conversations with people connected to the case can create complications. Discuss communication concerns with your attorney.

Good client participation is not about saying the perfect thing. It is about being honest, organized, responsive, and informed.

Prepare for decision-making

Write down questions before meetings. Ask Hayden to explain unfamiliar terms, the evidence, the available choices, and what each path may require. The goal is not merely to receive an answer, but to understand the decision.
